MYtime Free Edition software (hereafter, Software) is intellectual property owned by Pillar IT Services and is copyright of Pillar IT Services in all countries, and remains owned by Pillar IT Services.

Subject to your agreement with the terms and conditions in this license, you (hereafter, Licensee) are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download the MYtime Free Edition software and install it.

Licensee is not allowed to reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile code, or make any modifications of the binary, remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols, or labels in the Software.

Licensee is not allowed to sub-license the Software or any derivative work based on or derived from the Software.

Redistribution and use in binary forms, are permitted provided that the following conditions
are met:

1. Redistributions must reproduce the above copyright notice, these terms of conditions including the disclaimer in the documentation and/or other materials provided with the distribution.
2. The name of the author may not be used to endorse or promote products derived from this software without specific prior written permission.

By using or copying this Software, Licensee agrees to abide by the copyright law and all other applicable laws of United Kingdom and the terms of this licence. This licence may be terminated immediately by written notice upon Licensee's breach of, or non-compliance with, any of its terms.
